I am actually posting this a week late, even though it says June 29th. Busy, busy, busy! I hope it is possible for everyone to work backward a little, but if not, press forward with the current week!

Jams or jellies. Make a batch of freezer jam or try making some cooked variety.
There you have it! I actually did this conference weekend. I made some strawberry jam using the unsweetened frozen strawberries from Costco. It actually turned out pretty good. Now I know I can make jam any time of year just by using frozen fruit.
